We have other contracts pending. Please feel free to send us an e-mail if you have questions about your insurance plan.
If you do not have coverage with these insurances, we can always provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Please keep in mind coverage is not guaranteed and certain insurance companies may only cover a certain number of visits or certain conditions (Medicare only covers chronic kidney disease and diabetes).

Initial Appointment: $160
Follow-up appointments: $160
Package of 3 sessions: $ 450 (discounted rate)

Yes. If appropriate, I can order basic labs and functional lab testing as part of your care.
Lab testing is not required and is only recommended when it will provide helpful insight. We typically begin with a comprehensive review of your health, and testing is considered based on your individual needs and goals.
